STEEP Brewing & Coffee COmpany  is the largest Coffee Roaster in Summit County with 1,400 SF of production facility and 2 roasters.  We have the largest selection of beans around the world.  

 

We are taking coffee roasting to new heights that Colorado has not seen...we are the only roaster that has been able to research and develop a new way to steep our beens in different kinds of beer which creates a unique and spectacular flavor for coffee and beer lovers.   For exaMPLE WE WERE ABLE TO STEEP OUR 9343' ESPRESSO BLEND IN A COCONUT PORTER BEER AND DEVELOP A PROCESS TO KEEP THE COCONUT AND PORTER FLAVOR IN CUPPING NOTES.   

 

We start by developing unique roasts for each variety of coffee bean, and then experiment with brewing, aging, infusing and blending our beans to create delightful coffee beverages.

our roastery offers small and Large  batch due to our 2 roasters.  We roast 5 days a week to offer freshly roasted whole coffee beans. Our coffee shop &  bar offer classic cofee and espresso drinks, as well as seasonal specialty drinks and craft coffee cocktails.
